Double Room In Great Location near Seafront

Me and my girlfriend are looking for a new lodger to share our flat with I've lived in weston for roughly 3 years and know the area fairly well.

The room comes with a double bed, chair and desk (for working from home) wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bills will be included, including broadband water and energy, theres onstreet parking outside the flat with no restrictions.
Also access to the xbox and TV which has Netflix, amazon prime and a few others.

The flat is located within about a 10 mins walk to Weston centre, about 15 mins walk to the train station, 2 mins walk to seafront and about a 10 mins drive to the hospital.

There is a little shop a few doors down which can be very handy and a pub next door which is friendly and respectful.
I'm a tree surgeon working in Bath so I'm out most of the day. Weekends I normally keep myself busy.


I'd like to live with a like minded and ideally eco/Green minded person who enjoys socializing but respect people who enjoy their own company also is fairly tidy and can share responsibility of cleaning now and then.

I would also like 2 reference if possible.
