Double room in newly renovated home with parking

I have a lovely double room over looking the garden which has been freshly decorated.

There is a shared family bathroom, lounge, kitchen/diner and conservatory and garden, with off road parking. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a quiet area.

The room has a bed that can be pulled out as a double, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The price of £125 per week is based on Mon-Fri stays. However, if you work the occasional weekend or need the room alternate weekends I am happy to discuss this as a possibility.

I have a cleaner who cleans the whole property on a fortnightly basis and you would be expected to give her access to the room for cleaning and keep the space tidy. I have super fast broadband, Sky TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime you would be able to use.

I work full time and mostly from home though I’m often away with work one or two nights per week. My partner also works from home through the week with a couple of days away.

We have two indoor cats who are very friendly. You would need to be prepared to be careful not to let them out of the house as you come and go.

Although I’m pretty busy, we hope to find a lodger that we get on with and enjoy the odd glass of wine and movie together occasionally.
