Are you tempted?
Would a tiered garden with a Sun Deck, fire Pit, BBQ area, Tea Room, Summer House and Hot Tub and private locked gated access to the woodland above be of any interest to you?
For the smaller room my apologies it isn’t an en-suite bathroom, however it is across the hallway and all yours
For the larger room there is a brand new exquisite en-suite shower room with WC . A desk could be put in for you.
My bedroom is downstairs and I have my own en-suite bathroom.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and Butler”s sink.
I’d be happy to let you bring your car up the drive and use the laundry rooms facilities to help you clean your car as the laundry room has its own outside entrance and WC.
Shared use of the living room and kitchen and dining room.

The sea is 10 minutes walk away and the Town 15.
Should I get both rooms occupied then I would happily lower the rent .
All bedrooms have locks.
I was running my home on Airbnb and I attained the level of Super Host.
I want more freedom, hence this advert.

I am 53 on 16th July, yet young at heart.
