Difficult to see from the photographs but I am offering an extra room with this double bedroom.

I’m looking for a considerate person, preferably a female to rent a room in my 3 bedroom period property on the hillside in Weston Super Mare.
You will have sole use of both the rooms to the front of the house. One with a double bed and storage and the other with a sofa and coffee table. Both with TVs.
I would like to rent these rooms to a lodgers who enjoys a quiet, peaceful and tidy home.
The 3 months max could possibly be extended depending on sale.

There’s also a small table and chairs in the kitchen. an integrated washing machine. A large fridge freezer and an oven./hob.

34 mins drive to Bristol airport or a 14 mins walk to the airport flyer bus service.
16 mins walk to Weston pier.
Tesco express is just a few mins walk at the bottom of the road.
Both Grove and Ashcombe parks are very close.
