Located in quiet, friendly area very close to Ashcombe Park. Bus stop nearby. Approx 15 mins drive to M5. 30 mins walk to town/beach. On street parking.
I have a friendly older cat, so must be happy to live with him! I like to keep things clean & tidy and I would expect the flatmate to help out with the cleaning of the communal areas as per a rota which is up for discussion. I work from home 3 days a week.
