We are a married, professional, couple aged 29 and 31 who have a double room available from 15th August 2019 in our spacious 4 bedroom semi-deatched house.
The room is a double loft bedroom with en suite. It is fully furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables/drawers, lamp, TV, iron and board, built in wardrobes, collapsible table and chairs, shelf unit and kettle. The windows have black out blinds operated by remote control. There is Wifi, Freeview TV and a lock/key to your room. The house is fitted with an alarm system.
All bills are included.
There is a spacious driveway with off street parking and a large private garden. You will have access to our fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Please be aware there is no lounge access.
There is secure space to store a bicycle if required.
Easy access to the A420, A4174, A4, M4 and M32 and we are close to the Bristol to Bath cycle path. The area of Wick is peaceful with countryside views and has several pubs / restaurants nearby.
We are looking for a clean/tidy, considerate professional, who will be respectful of our home. We are shift workers so will not always be home during the evenings.
