Looking for a student to join our house with 4 boys.
The house is located in Winterbourne, north of Bristol. We are a 10 minute drive from UWE Frenchay campus and campus car park permits are available from our address. We have a drive way with space for a car and free street parking outside the house. It is an ideal location and very close to a few pubs and shops nearby.
Buses are frequent, both to yate and Bristol city centre, as well as to frenchay campus.
The house has a spacious, modern kitchen, a very large lounge area, upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet as well as a big garden out the back.
There are also solar panels fitted to the house that will keep our bills down and we have both a washing machine and a dishwasher.
