New Modern Double Bedroom /W 43" Tv+Wifi

I have 1 room to rent in my home in Yate, Bristol. It’s a quiet area and I have a spare car parking space as I've built myself a double driveway. So If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well.
The whole house has been renovated this year, this includes all the latest technology. The room itself is very highly furnished which includes a double bed, and 43inch flatscreen tv. Wifi of 100mb/s will also be included in rent.

You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I have no requirements on the length of time you'd like to stay, however I do ask for a months rent for deposit and a month in advance for leaving.

I'm a very outgoing and active person! I am not fussed on gender! As I'm 21 I'm happy to mingle with whoever and certainly introduce you to the nightlife if that's your type of thing!

I am looking to find someone preferably who will work Monday - Friday in a professional job role like myself, However, there's no reason why I wouldn't take you under consideration if you didn't match this profile.
