Single furnished bed

Furnished small room with an ample storage available to rent for £350 (bills included). Live in landlord and you’ll have access to every part of the house & use of facilities (kitchen utilities, washing machine, dryer etc). Shared living room, kitchen & bathroom.
We offer 1 car parking space on the back of our property.

We are looking for a single person (no pets), that is okay living with a child aged 6. We are married and both in full time employment. Our hobbies include hot air ballooning, caravanning, Netflix and kayaking/canoeing. We are sociable and always offer to join in our fun.
We all fully respect your privacy and our daughter knows when to leave you alone.

The house is a 10min walk to Yate Shopping Centre which offers a great shopping centre, cinema, ice cream house and a bit of night life. There is a bus service to Bristol every 30 minutes and another bus service to UWE/Filton. The bus stop is less than 2 minutes from the house. Yate train station is approximately a 30 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive.

We have recently furnished the room and has a aerial tv for your entertainment.
