Lodger Wanted For Double Room In Congresbury

Spacious double Room available in semi detached house in Congresbury. Easily commutable to Bristol or Weston-Super-Mare thanks to great bus links and near by train station. Surrounded with lots of lovely countryside including the Mendips, so great area for anyone with a love of the outdoors!

Room is a double room, currently furnished but can also be unfurnished. Currently has double bed, side table and chest of drawers (Currently painting spare room so pictures soon to be posted).

Looking for a lodger/house mate who is clean, tidy and who likes dogs. I have 2 dogs, both are very friendly and keen for cuddles. Due to the fact I have the dogs I can't accept anyone with pets (sorry!).

I work as a paramedic in Bristol and often work nights so occasionally will be sleeping during the day, however once the earplugs and eye mask is on it's pretty hard to disturb me - that said, I would appreciate no loud music/TV etc on those days.

I have a partner who is 33 and stays usually about 1-2 nights a week. He is also a paramedic so depends on shift pattern.

I am fairly active - I enjoy hiking, running, dog walking etc, as well as the occasional bit of yoga. However always game for chilled evening with a glass of wine and a movie.

Ideally would be great to have a lodger that I get on with and is keen to socialize occasionally together (the occasional movie/glass of wine/meal together etc).
