I live in the house with my 17 year old daughter who is at the local sixth form. We have let to lodgers for many years and are very comfortable sharing our house with you, but because of the make up of our house we only let to females please.

You have shared use of a large kitchen with dining area and the living room which leads to a conservatory (lovely for breakfast) overlooking the garden. Shared bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. Use of fridge freezer, washing machine, and wifi.

We have a well behaved, friendly dog.

Bills are included however if you are NOT a student I ask for a contribution to council tax. If you are likely to be at home a lot during the week we may need to discuss a modest contribution to energy bills. However if you are at work or university most of the week it shouldn't be needed.

There is off street parking right outside the house, on a quiet, safe road.

Yatton train station a few minutes' walk. It is 20 minutes by train to Bristol Temple Meads (20-25 minute walk to city centre/ university area) or 30 minutes driving. We are 20 mins from Bristol airport.

We are really close to the Strawberry line walk and there is an excellent Coop supermarket a ten minute walk away in the village.
