The house is located 5 minutes walk from town centre and beach, walking distance to university and college. Short walk to transport links.

Our family home is the upper conversion of the house on the first and second floor, so it won't suit people with mobility issues. It is a very spacious house. The room advertised is located on the second floor so it will feel very private and separate from our family if wished. We also have 2 small friendly dogs so it's important that you like dogs.
