The house is located 5 minutes walk from town centre and beach, train station and bus stop. Walking distance to university and college, and short drive to University Hospital Ayr.

Our family home is the upper conversion of the house on the first and second floor, so it won't suit people with mobility issues. It's a very spacious house. The room advertised is located on the second floor away from our family rooms, so it will feel very private and separate from us if wished. We also have 2 small friendly dogs, so it's important that you like dogs and take time to get to know them.
