Looking for a chill, working or mature student 5th flatmate to move into our flat in Ayr. Long-term preferred. Room available immediately.

The lockable room comes sparsely furnished with a king size bedframe and mattress, table, chair, two sets of drawers. New tenant is more than welcome to furnish and decorate as they see fit (within reason, haha).

There's one shared bathroom, washing machine, a laundry/storage room, dishwasher in the kitchen along with two fridges, and ample storage. There's room to store a bicycle downstairs. The entrance has two steps and a narrow L-shape staircase leads up to the rest of the flat.

Location wise, the flat is by the beach, within walking distance from a handful of grocery stores big and small along with the high street, the Ayr Bus Station is about 5-6 minutes away, the Ayr Train Station 15 minutes.

Please note that the flat is right above an arcade which is open from 11am till 8pm! Otherwise, the flat is a quiet-ish one, so no loud late-night parties without prior agreement by everyone.

Rent is £250 a month, deposit £100, both to be paid to the landlord. Bills are paid separate and come to around £100 a month per person.

This is a queer-friendly, mixed-gender, multinational flat, so it should be clear that racism, sexism, homophobia and the like is NOT tolerated here.
