Spare room in country house short term only

Hi I am looking to rent a large double room in the countryside (5x5m). Must be the right person...its a very relaxed household

Available early January as I am currently awaiting a new heating system being installed late December.
Short term (3 months to 6 months max) or part week available. The house is 10 minutes drive from ayr and there is a bus stop a few metres up the street.

. I have a friendly collie dog called Marley but she stays elsewhere during my working hours. There is a coal fire in the house. I occasionally smoke/drink but all quiet through the week due to early starts for work. I enjoy crochet and dog walks and Netflix hopefully find someone with similar interests.

Females preferred, professionals or students. No couples, no pets.

Electricity NOT included (This will be shared 50/50 with myself)must be paid on 1st of month along with rent) but other bills council tax, broadband etc are. Thanks
