Looking for a new housemate to join me in a chilled, two-bedroom house located just a short walk from loads of local amenities.

Important Note:

This is a pet-friendly home! I have two very friendly dogs living here, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals. They’re part of the household and full of love (and probably hair).

About the House:

• 2-bedroom, upstairs/downstairs layout
• Front garden with driveway + side access to private back garden
• Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen (with built-in pantry & extra storage)
• Shared bathroom upstairs
• Guest bedroom available (fully furnished or unfurnished – up to you)
• WiFi included
• Security cameras covering the full property for peace of mind

• 10-minute walk to two major retail parks:
• One includes Asda, B&M, B&Q, The Range, Pets at Home, The Gym, Burger King, KFC and Odeon
• The other has Tesco, Dunelm, TK Maxx, Food Warehouse, Poundland and more

• Morrisons nearby at the top of town

About Me / House Vibe:

I’m not looking for any particular “type” of housemate – just someone respectful, laid-back and easy to live with. Come and go as you please, no drama. I keep things friendly but respectful of everyone’s space and the neighbours.

Rent Breakdown (All Bills Included):

• £250 – Rent
• £100 – Gas, Electricity, Council Tax & General upkeep
• £50 – Profit
• Total: £400 per month (all in)
