Private ensuite room

Hi there, I'm renting out my ensuite bedroom. Ideally I would like a professional but this is not set on stone. Most of the time I'm away for work or travel. I'm easy to get along with and I keep my place tidy, clean and quiet as possible.

The apartment is at the loft of the building bright, airy with spectacular views. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities. There is a washing machine and dryer.

Heating is electrical as there is no gas supply in the building.

Wifi although not cable using a radio frequency technology is very fast but the the signal in the ensuite room as in mine is not great. However for me it has never been a problem since I am using it in the kitchen or lounge. If need be a repeater might be required so that it resolves the issue.

The Neighbourhood is very quiet with a few villas surrounding the property.
