I am looking for a genuine, friendly person to rent my spare double room/ be a housemate preferably for long term although would consider short for the right candidate.
The bedroom is a standard double room, with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. you are welcome to bring anything you think suits (tv etc) or I can take anything away if you would prefer.
As well as the bedroom, full shared access will be available to the living room, front & back garden, bathroom (bath & shower) & kitchen. You are welcome to use all appliances in kitchen available, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob, air fryer, tumble dryer, food storage.
The rent includes all utility bills - heating, lighting, gas & electricity & fibre optic broadband
I work Mon-Fri, currently working from home in the living room with some sporadic days in the office. I am a friendly girl and easy to get along with. I am sociable but also like my own time & don't mind spending that time in my room. At weekends i tend to go find new places to go walks and explore with the dog.
Living room/ spare room and kitchen has been redecorated since photos been taken - i will update this soon. I also unfortunately lost my dog in May 2019 who you can see in the photos.. and so he is no longer with me. However, i do now have an 11 month old golden retriever puppy - unfortunately this means shedding 🥺
