I have a double bedroom avalible in the house i currently rent. On my contract it states i can have 2 people living there and I would like to share the space with someone.
I dont mind what you do for a living as long as the money can be paid proptly each month for the lodging.
Bedroom can fit kingsize bed if needed, but if you want a bed provided it will be a double. Lots of space in the room.
Shared bathroom.
Off road parking if required.
Shared use of lounge, kitchen, garden and garage, washing machine and fiber broadband.
