We are a tidy, friendly couple who are looking for someone to rent our spare room Monday to Friday...
The house is located not far from Bedford town centre and very close to the A421...It has shops, chemist and supermarket within 5 mins drive.
The room is furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe, small table and tv.
There is a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, living room and kitchen to be shared with ourselves. Wi. fi is included in the price of the room...You will have space in the fridge and freezer and a kitchen cupboard to keep your food, which you will need to cook yourself. You are welcome to use the cooker, microwave, cutlery, plates etc. Bedding can be provided or you may bring your own. If using our bedding this will be washed every weekend while your not here. You may eat your meals at the table in the living room or in your room.
I start work at 7am so will be up and about early in the morning although my partner doesnt get up until abit later so I know how to be quiet lol.
There is also a decked area and gas bbq in the back garden which you are welcome to use too.
