These very spacious rooms have good daylight and are furnished with double sized bed (single bed in single room), wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair. All rooms are single occupancy.

On the ground floor there is a living room, main kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and garden.

On the first floor there is a bathroom including toilet and a secondary kitchen.

A washing machine is provided.

The house is in a convenient location in Bedford close to plenty of amenities in the town centre including cinema, river frontage with cafés and restaurants and library, all less than 10 minutes' walk away.

It is approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the bus station and 3 minutes’ walk from the train station which offers frequent trains to London.

Buses run regularly to Cranfield from the bus station and the bus journey takes approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic.

Water costs are included in the rent but gas, electricity and internet costs are not included; they are shared between all the housemates - usually 6 housemates in total which makes the bills economical.

Students are exempt from Council Tax and will be required to provide proof of studentship from Cranfield University.
