The rooms are a short walk to Priory Park and on a bus route into Bedford town centre (which is 25 minute walk away) or to Cambridge in the other direction.

The house has a large enclosed garden with BBQ facilities and various fruit trees. The Double room is at the front of the house on the first floor, and the small sitting room is next to it - furnished with a futon sofa bed, table and chairs.

The Bathroom is opposite the bedroom with a bath and new shower. The shared kitchen (used by one other lodger) is downstairs and features a large Fridge Freezer, Microwave, cooker and Washing Machine.

The onsite landlord is friendly and approachable, as is the other lodger, each individual has their own sitting room so you can have privacy when you want.

We are looking for someone who will respect the house, helping to keep the communal areas (Kitchen/Bathroom and Hallway) clean and tidy.
