Delightful top floor suite overlooking the river

Large living/dining with river views

We are looking for a quiet professional who will enjoy having the top floor of a gorgeous Victorian house to themselves. The suite consists of a big front room with kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle ,toaster), dining area, work/desk area and reading/relaxing space. The big double bedroom is at the back and nice and quiet. The bed is a queen size. There is plenty of storage space. The bathroom is private to the top floor and contains a shower, loo and basin. The whole area is light, welcoming and cosy.

There is fast broadband and parking directly in front of the house. We are directly on the Embankment so the park and all the river walks is right on the door step. We are close to some super restaurants and pubs so eating out is easy.

The suite is self contained with access through the main front door. There will be a weekly bathroom clean and regular clean sheets. The suite is fully furnished and all bedding/towels provided. Arrangements for using the washing machine can be agreed. All bills included.

We are both working part time. Our family still come back to the house from time to time which is why the let is 3 months at a time to accommodate these visits. For this reason it will potentially suit a professional on short term contracts.
