The property comprises large shared kitchen, dining and living room with secluded garden for communal use. IT IS ESSENTIAL that you are clean and tidy. Communal areas should be left clean and tidy and as you would expect to find them at all times. Stays will be terminated at short notice for anyone not being respectful of these house share rules. Shared appliances include washing machine, dryer, fridge freezers and dishwasher plus a communal hoover.
