Hello, I share a 3 bedroom flat with my sister, it has a great view overlooking the river. We have a spare room with a double bed and we are looking for a lovely girl to occupy the room preferably a student.
Rent is £300/month all utility bills are inclusive including internet. The room is fully furnished for a female with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The flat is located in a central location and easy to reach the town centre, Bedford hospital and train station by walking.
We are both busy during the weekdays as I am studying for my PhD and my sister works at the Bank, we do enjoy going out on the weekend but the house is mostly quiet.
