You will have the entire top floor of the house to yourself, which comprises an extra-large double bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The room comes fully furnished, and is in great condition.
There is a large Velux window with black-out blind, perfect for lie-ins!

There is an attic above the room, available for use as storage.

The shared facilities in the house include a spacious living/dining room [with a 4K smart TV and Xbox1], a kitchen, two further bathrooms, and a decently sized garden with a BBQ and table/chairs for the summer. Parking is available.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac just opposite the hospital. Perfect for anyone working there, it is just a 2 minute walk from the front door to the main entrance.
The town centre is a 10 minute walk away, and both train stations are about a 15 minute walk.
