The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for day to day living! I provide:-

The hall way has stripped wood effect flooring which continues into the communal areas.

This house has a total of 5 rooms, 2 are en-suite so this double room would share the main full bathroom and extra separate toilet with just two others.

The garden is a low maintenance area with a washing line and can be accessed via the double doors from the kitchen area or via the locked side gate at the side of the house. The garden has decking to the side and a small flower bed and a good sized locked shed to accommodate bikes or any other large item you may need to store.

The internet is Unlimited 350mb Virgin business and all bills included

The land lords lives 2 minutes away so can appear quickly if your locked out or something breaks!

The town centre is a 20 minute walk . There are many restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk, Tesco ,Waitrose and Lidl are also a couple of minutes away.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside any part of the house but smoking outside is fine and a wall mounted ashtray is in the rear of the garden.

Rooms will be rented to tidy, respectful, preferably professional people
