I have one double room in a four bed detached house in a quiet cul de sac. I am a professional male. There is a professional female in the ensuite bedroom. She has been here for the last few months. Her boyfriend visits from time to time.
I work away most of the time, returning at weekends.
Furnished double. You will have sole use of main bathroom. The main bathroom is situated across the landing. .
You will have access to all the common areas of the house. We have a very large living room with an open fire and OLED flatscreen TV. Fitted kitchen with all the usual appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer/oven/grill/hob/microwave.
There is also BT sports available, along with SuperFast broadband! We have a drive with three car capacity, garage and front and back gardens. We live in a quiet cul de sac, five minutes walk from the local pub, The Polhill Arms.
