A beautifully decorated four-bedroom mid-terrace house has a double room for you to rent. The available double bedroom is presently occupied but will become available on July 1st, 2021. It is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and a drawered unit.
The three-piece bathroom is shared with one other tenant.

Shared communal facilities (three tenants):

- Well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar table,
combined ovens with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
- Living room with a smart television and seating area.
- On-street parking is available (no permit required)

All bills are included: 150Mbps broadband, TV licence, council tax, gas, electric, and water.

The other two tenants are very respectful of each other's space and time. They have cared for the property by keeping it to a very high standard of cleanliness. I am sure that anyone who joins them will be happy to share the accommodation with them.
