A beautiful double room with a view of the garden, in a well presented four bedroom house is now available for rent. It is furnished with: double hydraulic bedstead and mattress, a spacious free standing wardrobe and a three drawer chest. Space is available for the lodger to place a small computer desk and chair, if so desired. The three-piece bathroom will be shared with my adult son who is very clean and time considerate.
You will have access to the sitting room, kitchen and downstairs WC. You will be expected to tidy up after yourself and do a general clean of the communal spaces once per month.

- living room with smart television and seating area with French doors for easy access to the garden

The household consists of myself, my husband and our adult son. We are all professionals with various schedules that includes fully in office or hybrid working.
