I do like to keep the apartment fairly clean and tidy, but who doesn't. So I'd like someone who can respect that. Most of all, we should feel comfortable around each other and for the apartment to feel like your home.

Biggleswade is small but growing, friendly town with plenty of pubs, high street shops and supermarkets. The apartment is within easy reach of the town, train station and a leisure centre with gym. It has easy access to the A1 and good transport links to London.

Rent payments are on a monthly basis and include everything - gas, water, BT TV and unlimited Infinity Broadband. A deposit is required. It’s a non-smoking apartment, but outside is fine. You must be employed.
