It is an excellent location in the centre of Cranfield village, with a bus stop just 1 minute away which takes you to the University in 5 minutes. Or you can cycle from the house to the university in under 10 minutes. (The house has a garage for you to safely store your bike). The local shop for all your needs is only a 3 minute walk away. The road is quiet.

There are a total of three bedrooms in the property; one single and two double.
£500 per month for the single, and £550 per month for the doubles. The double rooms are for single occupants.

Each Room is furnished with:
Bed, Desk, Chair, Chest of drawers, and Wardrobe.


Bills are not included and are to be paid directly collectively by all tenants. (Depending upon your usage you can expect to pay about £70 per month per person on bills if each room is occupied.)

The property is furnished and the communal spaces are as follows: a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a large garden, and a garage to store bikes.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Unlike many other properties available for rent - I live in the village, very close by, and can come round to fix any issues or problems immediately.

The house is clean and in good condition.
