Lovely Double Room with En-suite

I have a lovely double room available to rent in a beautiful and peaceful area of Cranfield. The room comes with its own en-suite bathroom and built-in sliding wardrobes, offering both comfort and privacy.
The house itself is spacious and well looked after, with four bedrooms in total, a large kitchen, dining room, comfortable lounge, and a generous south-facing garden that gets plenty of sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, hob, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
There is ample parking, with a private driveway that can accommodate up to six cars.
I work a hybrid pattern, usually two days from home and three days in the office. I’m South African and enjoy making the most of the summer with the occasional BBQ. I like a relaxed, friendly home environment and enjoy a social drink now and then.
The house is also home to three very small and very cute dogs. To be completely honest, they run the place and I just pay the mortgage 🙂 They are extremely well behaved and very much part of the home.
I’m looking for a professional person who is respectful, considerate, and values a clean and comfortable living space.
