Delightful Sunny Room Near Dunstable Town Centre

I have a delightful large double room with ensuite available in Dunstable. The room has been refurbished recently in a neutral colour scheme of greys and white and has a new carpet, double mattress & bedding. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, built in cupboards, desk with chair and the ensuite consists of shower, toilet and hand basin with storage underneath.

It is less than a 10 minute walk into Dunstable town centre and excellent links for transport to A5 / A5183 / M1 / Luton. There is also a bus stop just outside the house with direct access to Luton Station and Luton Airport in 22 minues. For those with a car there is free parking available in the street on a first-come-first-serve basis.

I live alone in the main house with my cat and small rescue dog There is self contained annex attached to the house where the other housemate stays.

I work from home and like to live in a clean, tidy and sober environment.

My pets are friendly and house trained and do not have access to the room for rent (unless you keep your door open). They are an integral part of my life.

All the bills (including Sky and fast Sky broadband) is included in the rent. If you wish to have your own Sky box in your room it will be at an additional monthly cost - please note that there is a smart TV in the room. You will have use of the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, lounge with TV, courtyard and BBQ.

This is a chilled and friendly environment and I’m looking to share the space with a like-minded female.

I am looking for a professional, calm, friendly, sociable housemate who is also tidy and clean, a non-smoker of sober habits (but still enjoys a drink or 2 socially), loves animals and has a positive outlook on life. Females only please. I am flexible with regards to how long you want the room for - Mon to Fri will also be most welcome. Sorry no couples will be considered.
