Two Bedrooms in LGBTQ+ friendly household

I have 2 bedrooms available in a 4 bedroom detached house, one a double bedroom, the other a little smaller and should be considered a single, but would likely fit a double bed if adamant (perhaps an ikea hack for storage?)
Availalbe furnished, unfurnished, or part furnished.

The two rooms together might work well for a couple who want to have one as a shared bedroom and the other as a WFH office.

I am in the 3rd room, and the final one is made up as a studio.
The main bathroom would be yours to share with the other housemate, as I have an en suite. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Downstairs is a large living room, separate dining room, kitchen, and utility room.

A medium sized garden with small patio and outdoor furniture.
The double garage is currently my wood workshop, but there is space for a motorbike or 2 alongside my own. There is space on the driveway for another car, and electric car charger.

Solar provides approx 70% of the electricity we use through the year (more in summer, less in winter), keeping bills down.
I will cover council tax and internet, but would like to split electricity, gas, & water.

I would like to share the space with other LGBTQ+ or allies.

I apologise that some of the images are out of date from when we moved in, the house is currently full of boxes, and I shall re photograph and update when it is presentable again.
