Cosy Relaxing own Bathroom Perfect for Aircrew

Hey, my name is Anton, I am 29 years old and I live in Flitwick. I Purchased this house in January 2019, as my project to move away from the family home. I have changed and renewed just about everything from the ground up including fitting a brand new kitchen diner, living room, three new bathrooms including an en suit (all completed by myself, my Father and a fellow Captain at my airline, so plumbing, decorating bedrooms and even fitting the kitchen is to the high standard as would be expected from a new home.) It now feels like a very warm and welcoming home and I am looking forward to sharing this.

I fly a private jet for a living, and I relish being away with work, but when I am home, I love to chat, spend time getting to know people, eating great food and have a G&T when not on duty. Although I am fairly young, I have spent a good few years travelling around the place and love to share the times and experiences with those who wish to hear them. My perfect lodger would be someone who wants to hang out at times, socialise and become friends And who also enjoys their own space.

I live in the house by myself, although my mother and father like to come over for supper, as well as friends.

The House:
I live in a very quite horseshoe style cul-de-sak neighbourhood, where you are not disturbed from the hustle and bustle of a busy street My house has been completely re-done with brand new kitchen dining room, all new furniture in living room, brand new main bathroom with large L bath and shower, new downstairs cloakroom toilet room and a master en-suite. The house has a very cosy large living room with a very modern brand new kitchen diner with all Bosch appliances and a very large American fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water. The house has a downstairs cloakroom toilet and a large westerly facing garden with patio area, perfect for the sun filled summer evening BBQ's.

The Room:
The room in question would have sole use of main bathroom directly next to it, which has an over the top soaker shower and very large L shape bath with waterfall taps. The bedroom is easterly facing, so sun in the mornings. Sizeable Built in floor to ceiling Wardrobe with hanging spaces and shelving. It has a four draw chest of draws and a large desk with further draws. Although TV cannot be seen in photos, it has a wall mounted a 32" with freeview

One of the key things to being in Flitwick is the railway network to London. The train station is located exactly 1 mile away from the house. Within 35 minutes you can be in London St Pancras with a direct train every 30 minutes. It is a 4/5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, or half that if cycling. Flitwick also has a rather useful mid size Tesco and very cheap fuel.

I am almost right in the middle between Flitwick centre and the Centre of the beautiful Georgian market town of Ampthill, which has Lockheed Martin, stunning eateries vibrant gin bars. A lovely large Waitrose is also within its centre.

Although you will see from the map that a railway runs at the back of the large garden, it really does not disturb what is going on in the house, and I have not lost a night of sleep yet since I have lived here.

I have used spare room as a host before, and I am familiar with sharing a home and spaces.

Ideally looking for mid to long term lodgings but will discuss short term as well.
