We currently have two lovely double rooms available in our spacious 4-bedroom detached home—but we may decide to rent out just one, depending on finding the right fit. So if you’re interested, don’t wait to get in touch!

Both rooms are fully furnished and due to be freshly decorated—but if you’d like to put your own stamp on the space, we’re more than happy to let you choose the décor. Fresh photos will be shared once the updates are done 😊

The two available bedrooms share a dedicated living room, so you’ll have a comfy, private space to relax, watch TV, or hang out—separate from ours, which we keep for ourselves. There’s plenty of room for everyone to feel at home.

• A professional cleaner who cleans the entire house biweekly (including bedrooms—she even remakes the beds!)

You’d be sharing with a friendly professional couple—I work shifts for the NHS, and my partner works Monday to Friday. We’re often out working nights, so you’ll likely have the house to yourself most evenings—a real bonus if you enjoy peace and quiet.

We’re looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and ideally seeking a longer-term home—whether you’re a professional or a shift-working student, you’ll fit right in if you respect a calm, clean living space.
