Simon & Tasha here with our dog, Zander.

1 room available to move into from ASAP in a quiet highly sought after village location of Harlington which is in a great hub location for Luton/Bedford/M1/Luton Airport and London.

We are looking for professionals who we feel we can share our 3-bed terraced cottage with. We feel that our room that would suit a single male or female, we currently have another lodger in our 1st room. Compatibility will be as important as anything else, as we want the living arrangements to be as relaxed and natural for everyone.

We are lucky to have an open fireplace, 250mbs broadband. The lodger will have a fully furnished double bedroom as well as full use and access to the rest of the house.

We are 30 seconds walk from the village train station, using the Bedford - Brighton service, the village is very popular for the London commute. Also, we are just 3 minutes drive from the M1 junction 12 and is 20 minutes via train to Luton Airport. So excellent access to transport links.

Being in a village means you have instant access to the countryside, and 2 very good country pubs and you will have fantastic access to walks or cycle rides.
