Double Room in 3 Bed House

I have a double room available with a large built in wardrobe, modern shared bathroom, large living space, designated parking space and newly landscaped garden.

I am a teacher who keeps themselves busy at the weekends playing rugby, when the season is over - I still like to get out on long walks with our other housemate, Maverick! - A fun loving, big goofball Mastiff crossbreed.

I am very easy going - I’m looking for the same in a housemate. All I ask is that you respect my house as you would your own and are happy to help out around the house where you can.
As aforementioned, I do have a dog. He is very friendly; but is a large crossbreed. It is his house as well, so you must be comfortable around him.

I would welcome any professions including if you Work From Home. There is a large living area where you can base yourself throughout the day if necessary. If not; it is a short drive to both Arlesey and Hitchin train stations.
