Single Room In LU5 **Please Read Description**

We are a happy family based in Houghton Regis, Dunstable.

We are looking for someone to live with us at reduced rent in exchange for babysitting and cleaning services. Babysitting will be part time approx. 15 hours per week (exact hours to be discussed but we are very flexible). The days can be flexible from week-to-week if preferred)

The room is a large double with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and desk.

You would be living with me, my husband and our daughter.

The area is quiet with plenty of parking. The local shops (Nisa, Post Office and more) are 2 or 3 minutes walk away as is the bus stop (the Z route bus goes to L&D hospital and Luton town centre) there is also a leisure centre with swimming pool and gym a few minutes away.

The room is a single room (4m x 2m) with WiFi and all bills included. The room consists of a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a microwave, small fridge and kettle.

You will have access to the kitchen which has a washing machine and all the usual kitchen appliances as well as the bathroom which has a bath tub and electric power shower.

We are a friendly, 30 year old couple and we are looking for a lodger who is clean, tidy and who respectful other people space.
