Double room for rent Houghton Regis

Looking to rent out a room in a 3 bed house (Bungalow), only renting 1 double out so the last room will be kept as a spare. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (there is another toilet though). Currently re-doing the garden to turn it into a drive for easier parking, so the room is technically available now but parking is a pain around here, can fit 2 cars on the drive as is but one blocks the other in.

Quiet area, never had any issues here, 2 mins drive to the M1 so great for commuting.

House has all normal amenities, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, outdoor seating/projector, WiFi, pretty much all the streaming services, no smart TV in that bedroom but could easily install one. Black out curtains in every room so vampire friendly.

I work as a freelancer in film construction so when I'm on a project I do 6 day weeks and early starts so not looking for someone that's up real late and still in their party years. When I'm not working I try to jump on a plane somewhere.

Looking for someone that's relaxed about the house, it's a shared house rather than a room so keep it tidy but it's not a show home. Equally someone that I get on with to chill and watch films have a drink etc. no one wants to be hiding in their room or uncomfortable in their own home.

Preferably not WFH as the bills get real expensive especially in winter, but if someone that was fully remote was interested we could work something out, would probably have to change to price during the 'heating on permanently' months or something.

No minimum contract, just rolling month on month.
