I am looking for a professional to rent a bedroom in my two bedroomed house.

The kitchen and lounge are separate spaces downstairs including a downstairs toilet, french doors leading into a small (low maintenance) garden. inclusive of outdoor furniture and a cabin with a treadmill and weights.

The bedroom looks out onto the front of the property. which is located in a quiet culdesac where there is little noise or disruption. There is a good sized shared bathroom with bath and shower.

The property has two allocated parking spaces directly outside the front of the property along with 3 visitor bays in the vicinity.

The room is fully furnished, the kitchen, and lounge are also welcomed as shared spaces.

The property it is situated on the edge of Kempston in a new build estate, a short walk from the village of Wootton. The nearest big supermarkets are Lidl and Sainsbury's, it is 2 miles from Bedford town centre.

A car would be essential as the bus route isn't on the estate and would involve a short walk into the town.
