Walking distance to Marsh Road which has supermarkets, other shops, banks, post office & library. Also near to Leagrave Park and Waulud's Bank for those who like to stretch their legs, and not far from the L&D hospital.

Sharing with my brother (40) and me (42), although I plan to be there for only a couple of days a week. My brother has 7 year old daughter who visits a couple of evenings a week and stays at the weekend. We also have a very friendly cat and a lizard.
