- Is a non-smoker (or prepared to smoke outside).
- Is over 23 years of age.
- Is reliable, tidy, clean and friendly.
- Has no dependents or pets.

Mon – Fri @ £440 per month
7-day week @ £545 per month

Leighton Buzzard has EXCELLENT transport links with easy access to the A5 for travel into Milton Keynes and Luton and only 10mins to the M1 from the house. Leighton Buzzard also has its own railway station with trains taking you into London Euston in only 35 minutes.
