Large, furnished double room available in a house share with live-in landlord and one other tenant - Bills included in monthly rent.

Room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe & desk for WFH benefits. Quite spacious with a nice view across the farmland opposite.

Access to communal areas includes the living room and dining area, kitchen garden & the garage (working on making it a home gym!)

This room shares the main bathroom with the second tenant. There is a second lavatory downstairs off the main hallway.

We have room for two cars on the driveway and a room on the road out front. The house is a 25 minute walk from the centre of town, and 10 minute walk to the local shop.

The other current tenant and I get on well and the atmosphere is really social and and chilled out, and we have utmost respect for general housekeeping, tidiness, and personal space to ensure there’s never a reason for a gripe!

I work from home majority of the week and utilise my room for focused work space, whilst the other tenant travels to work and also WFH, but we’ll often chill out after work watching tv/movies, listening to music and grabbing a takeaway when neither can be bothered to cook!
