I have a large furnished double room available to rent in a 3-bedroom house with garden in a quiet residential area.

Bus stop is near the house if you need it.

The house is 3 bedroom specious, modern and furnished house with a garden. Kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge-freezer (with cold water and ice dispenser) double oven, microwave and washing machine with dryer. There is unlimited WiFi broadband and HD TV in the house. 2 bathrooms available to use.

There are plenty of non-allocated parking spaces in front of the house and behind.

I am looking for a nice female house mate, professional, very clean and tidy and generally quiet, non- smoking who appreciates the comfort of living with only 1 person (female) in a homely environment. I like peace and quiet and I enjoy relaxing in front of the TV after hard day at work so I am looking for somebody who will also enjoy peace and quiet at home without parties in the house and lots of visitors all the time.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The house went through complete modernization and renovation recently so all is brand new. There is a 3rd bedroom in the house but it is a spare room that I use. It is used rarely for occasional visitor (once every 6 months/12 months a female fried my stay or family member once every 2 years for few days but it will not be occupied permanently).

The room to rent is a large double, with modern design, fully furnished and it contains:
- Double bed
- 2 wardrobes (fitted and free standing)
- Desk with chair
- Bookcase
- 42-inch TV in the room
- Chest of draws
- Bedside table with table lamp
- curtains
- Rug and painting
- Both bathrooms shared between the two of us

The price is £690 per calendar month ( all bills included) and 1-month deposit is required but it can be split into 2 instalments if needed.

No smoking in the house or the garden and no pets. I love animals therefore I have adopted a cat who goes outside but he is very quiet, sleeps a lot and is very friendly so I am looking for a person who likes cats. It is full time accommodation (or I can consider other options such as Monday to Friday accommodation, etc). Long time occupancy is preferred (minimum 6 months).
