We have a fully furnished spacious double room available in a large family home in the Limbury area of Luton, an 8 minute walk to Leagrave Station, 35 minutes from St Pancras. We have plenty of space with a large kitchen/diner and 2 large down stairs reception rooms. We have a large garden with patio area, and can provide off road parking if needed.
We have all the usual amenities .. dish washer, washing machine etc and a friendly Old English Sheepdog who will make you feel very welcome.
We have rented a room(s) many times before and abide by a shared letter of agreement that is written between ourselves.
We are looking for a friendly professional who is happy to share an occasional meal and a little chit chat at the end of the day.
