A single or double room available in a 3 bedroom house with one other occupant. The single room rent is £380pcm and the double room would be £520pcm, all bills included. The room had been let but the teneant pulled out due to a death in the family, hence available once more.

Must love cats as I have two.

Full use of bathroom, kitchen and lounge. I have been renting the spare room on airbnb so am used to having a lodger in the house.

15 mins walk from mainline railway station. 5 min drive from A4146 carriageway so easy access to Milton Keynes, Luton and Aylesbury etc...

WiFi throughout the house. Small garden at back with sunbed etc...

I am working abroad throughout most of the summer so the tenant(s) will have the house to themselves for much of this period, though they will need to look after the cats, hence cat lover a must. I will leave the house stocked up with cat food etc... and if you are away for up to 14 days a neighbour can look after the cats.
Hence also why a 6 month minimum rental preferred but no maximum.
