Hi there,

We are Sophie and Colin, and we are live-in landlords at the property. We both work in London so we are out of the house for most of the day, and tend to spend our evenings cooking and relaxing in front of the TV. On weekends we like to BBQ (weather permitting), exercise and generally have fun!

We are looking for two new housemate to share our home with us and and our existing lodger. The property is very large, (with 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms) so we all have our own space as well are areas we can come together to socialize.

Key facts about the rooms available:-

- fully furnished with bed, mattress, chest of draws triple wardrobe and bed side table)
- one available room is on the first floor next to the main bathroom which you would share with the other lodgers. The second available room is in the attic so you have the whole top floor to yourself.
- Sky broadband and high speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Key facts about the house:-

- Large living room both with access to Sky TV, Amazon Prime and Netflix as well as large corner sofas to relax on.
- Fully functioning gym in the garage including a treadmill, cross trainer and weights
- This is a high-spec new build property therefore all of the appliances are high quality and brand new, such as induction hob, triple oven, dishwasher and fireplace.
- We have three fridge/freezers in the property so lots of storage space for all.
- Good size garden with BBQ and patio and decking area, large bi-fold doors open out from the kitchen/dining room to the garden which creates a lovely space for long summer days.
- utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer available for use.
- all bills including cleaning, gas, electric and wifi is included in room rent price.

The location:-

- the area is gated and so you will be provided with an entry fob and access code, the area is very safe and our neighbors are also lovely.
- Within walking distance of Luton Airport Parkway train station, between 10 and 15 minutes depending on walking speed. Perfect for commuters or for those who need access to the airport (we both walk to and from the station each day).
- Also walking distance from Luton town centre and Luton train station.
- Opposite the house their is a nice size park with free tennis courts, perfect for a picnic or some exercise.
- 5 minutes walk from local shops.

Who are we looking for?
- We don't have specific criteria for age or gender however you must like dogs as we have two olde English bulldog puppies which you will see in our profile picture. They are gorgeous and good natured and a fantastic edition to our household.
- We're really just looking for down to earth, social, potentially like minded people to share and enjoy our home with.
