The house is fully furnished. You'll have the use of 2 family bathrooms and 3 toilets and also the kitchen living room and garden, in this house share.

All rooms are painted using neutral shades. Double rooms have double or triple wardrobes and double beds, fridge freezer and good storage. Single room has single wardrobe single divan bed and a fridge freezer. There are fire doors and smoke detectors in every room, and CCTV active in communal areas.

We are 10 minutes walk to Leagrave train station and close to the hospital, buses to town and elsewhere are a 2 minutes walk, the hospital is an approx 10 minute walk.
Housemates are friendly and the house is clean. Cleaning services to communal areas are once fortnightly whilst the gardener attends fortnightly spring to autumn.

You will have use of the kitchen including shared freezer, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Through the living room you'll have access to a patio/garden and are welcome to use the BBQ there, and also the garden.

Roadside parking is unrestricted, and it is a quiet road.

Smokers are asked smoke in the back garden. No recreational drug users please If you use recreational drugs in the house your stay will immediately end .
