Room 2: An equally pleasant bedroom overlooking the garden with a single bed, ensuite shower, wash basin, TV, desk, chair, and wardrobe at £670 per month.

The house has off street parking, is just 1.5 miles from Luton Airport and a 15 minute walk from Luton town centre and the University of Bedforshire.


The house has good access to the M1 ( junction 10), the St Albans/ Harpenden Road ( A1081) and the Hitchin Road (A505)

You would share this quiet and comfortable 4 bedroom house with just 2 easy going professionals (a male dentist aged 25 and one female). The female is the owner of the house and semi retired but only spends a few weeks of the year living in her house. This is therefore a very quiet and comfortable house.

The house has an open plan kitchen leading on to a lounge with dining area and TV.

The house is regularly cleaned by a professional cleaner.
